"One sentence has killed more people than all the wars in American history:
You get all the nutrition you need from the four food groups."
- Dr. Joel Wallach
The Problem: Soil Depletion, see Senate Document 264
You cannot get all that your body needs from food due to the depletion of nutrients in our crop bearing soils. Supplements provide the food your body is not getting. The leading causes of chronic health conditions and diseases are nutrient deficiencies; Dr. Joel Wallach proved this. We get diseases from deficiencies of essential nutrients in our bodies and the bad foods we eat. Also, if you are unwittingly restricting salt or an M.D. (medical doctor) told you not to use it, you are depriving your body of a very important essential nutrient. Scroll down the page to learn the truth about salt.
Dr. Joel Wallach has identified the foods that cause harm to the body. Never ask an M.D. for nutritional advice on food or supplements because they have zero training in it. Also, do not allow the food industry to tell you what to eat. They are not interested in your health, only their profits.
Clean Up Your Diet!
Good Foods / Bad Foods
Also Known As "The Ten Bad Foods"
Dr. Joel Wallach and Dr. Peter Glidden recommend the "Good Food / Bad Food" list to those who choose to recover their health with our science-based, clinically verified, results-driven, state of the art medical nutrition.
You are unwittingly eating foods that are causing damage to your body. You must clean up your diet for good health and to absorb nutrients. As long as you avoid the bad foods, you will see improvement in your health just from that alone. You will not get optimal results from our medical nutrition without a change in what you eat because you are eating foods that cause systemic damage to your body such as oxidative damage, inflammation and nutrient absorption problems.
Your ability to absorb nutrients has been compromised by gluten. It's like putting gasoline in your car's tank that has holes in it. See below to learn more about gluten intolerance. Change your diet if you use our supplements so you can get the most from our nutrients, otherwise you are defeating the purpose of the supplements. Get serious about your health, stop treating your body like a trash can. Maximize your nutritional supplement protocol and stop causing further damage to your already compromised health by avoiding the bad foods.

Do You Have A Gluten Intolerance?
These Whole Grains Are The Worst Foods You Can Eat
Gluten = Wheat, Rye, Barley, Oats, & Oatmeal
Most people do not even know they have a gluten intolerance, they think it is something else that is wrong with the digestive system. Do not underestimate a gluten intolerance; the damage it causes can kill you.
Do you have skin conditions such as psoriasis, eczema, dermatitis, rosacia, or red, itchy patches? Do you have respiratory problems such as bronchitis or asthma? Do you have digestive problems such as gas, bloating, diarrhea, or constipation? If you said yes to any of these, you more than likely have a gluten intolerance and must stop eating gluten now. The digestive system is not able to digest the gluten protein. By ingesting gluten, the protein causes tissue destruction in the small intestines that absorbs nutrients. This results in digestive problems, mal-absorption problems, chronic health conditions, and diseases.
These grains drive nutrient deficiencies, will make you miserable, and can kill you. If you have two or more chronic health conditions, you probably have a gluten intolerance that is causing your absorption problems. Also, the health of your immune system is only as good as the health of your digestive system. The grains of today are engineered, man-made GMO (Genetically Modified Organisms) with three times the amount of gluten; not your Old Testament grains, but Monsanto grains.
The following diseases are a result of eating GMO, man-made wheat, rye, barley, oats, and oatmeal. Intestinal polyps, IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome), ulcerative colitis, diverticulitis, leaky gut, celiac, and chron's disease are all the same thing, only varying degrees of tissue destruction from gluten.
Going gluten free must be 100%. "Cutting back" on gluten will not help you; this is the same as saying I will just eat a little poision instead of a lot. These grains must be completely avoided. Pay attention to gluten.

Use Salt! As Much As You Want!
"Anybody who says you should restrict salt should be put in jail for reckless endangerment". - Dr. Joel Wallach, DVM ND
Salt is an essential nutrient; you cannot live without sodium chloride (salt) and your stomach cannot produce acid without salt. Without stomach acid you cannot digest your food. You need salt to digest your food properly. Those who do not consume salt set themselves up for many diseases. "Salt has nothing to do with high blood pressure". - Dr. Joel Wallach. How do you know if you've used too much salt? Your food tastes salty! Use any salt you like as long as it is iodized - your thyroid needs the iodine. Find out the truth, finally, about salt. M.D.s (medical doctors) have no business telling anyone to not use salt because they have NO training in nutrition.

Heartburn Is Not Caused By Too Much Stomach Acid,
It Is Caused By Not Enough Stomach Acid
What Dr. Glidden Has To Say About Salt
"All of the hoopla in the media these days about the dangers of salt is a perfect example of why the LAST person you should trust for advice on nutrition is a medical doctor (MD). If your $30,000 automobile started to give you trouble, would you ask your neighbor, who had just read a book on the internal combustion engine, how to fix it? No! You would ask a certified mechanic. It is no different with questions regarding nutrition. NEVER ask your medical doctor what you should and shouldn't eat to stay healthy. They have no training and no clinical experience with it. Salt is one of the most necessary nutrients to the human body there is. Salt is involved in thousands of metabolic processes, and, without enough of it you will get sick and then die. One of the most noteworthy salt-related processes of the human body is the production of stomach acid. The chemical formula of salt is NaCl - sodium chloride. The chemical formula of stomach acid is HCl - hydrochloric acid. Your body gets the chloride ion it needs to keep its stomach acid strong and healthy from salt (calcium is also an important player here). If you don't have enough salt, your stomach acid will be weak. If your stomach acid is weak, you cannot digest your food completely. If you cannot digest your food completely, you develop nutrient deficiencies. Nutrient deficiencies are the MAIN CAUSE of all chronic disease. Therefore salt is VERY IMPORTANT, don't you think? Last but not least, when your stomach acid is weak (from a lack of salt), guess what happens? You develop heartburn! Heartburn is caused by NOT ENOUGH stomach acid, not too much acid. Start salting your food to taste and your heartburn will disappear in about 3 weeks." - Dr. Peter Glidden, N.D.
A Note Of Caution To Those Taking Our Supplements Containing Minerals
Do not take mineral supplements during a meal containing phytates.
Phytates bind to minerals in the Beyond Tangy Tangerine, Osteo-fx calcium, Selenium, Plant Derived Minerals, and all other products containing minerals. The phytates interfere with the absorption of minerals and wastes them. If you eat phytates, take your minerals one hour before or 2 hours after you consume the phytates.
Examples of phytates: linseeds, sesame seeds, almonds, brazil nuts, coconuts, hazelnuts, peanuts, walnuts, corn, hummus, oats, rice, wheat, pinto beans, chickpeas, hummus, lentils, soybeans, tofu, and spinach.
Do an internet search to find a complete list of phytates.
